NOTE: The outfit patterns were patterned based on my own measurements (size XS/UK 6) and may need to be resized. I would recommend Kamui Cosplay's video on YouTube, "How to Scale Armor Patterns". I used the "Style 400 Euro Bell" sewing pattern from Tutu Patterns for the skirt base (link included) and my tutorial includes a walkthrough of how I followed along with this pattern.
